摘 要:采用熔融堆积成型(Fused Deposition Modeling,FDM)技术能够快速方便地完成维修工具件的成型。然而,直接成型的工具件往往存在强度不足的问题,因此有必要提升FDM成型件强度。以梅花扳手和呆扳手为例,研究影响FDM成型工具件强度的因素,对不同内部填充单元的维修工具件强度进行理论计算。设计分组实验,主要对填充率、填充形状和打印方向对工具件强度的影响进行研究。通过试验结果提出了达到更好性能指标的加工原则。In the wild, a large number of machines can't be repaired due to the lack of maintenance tools. The repair tools can be manufactured rapidly by Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM) process. However, the strength of direct prototyping tools are not high enough to complete the repair works. It is necessary to investigate that how to improve the tools strength produced by FDM. Re- search the performance influence factor of repair tools such as plum wrenches and double-headed wrench stay manufactured by FDM, the strength of maintenance tools with different internal filling units was calculated. A experiment was designed to explore the influence of filling rate ,type of filling units and print direction influence on tools strength. The design and process principle of FDM tools was presented to improve the characteristics of repair tools.
