摘 要:针对目前液压缸试验台功率浪费严重以及液压缸活塞杆换向时存在液压冲击等问题,提出功率回收型液压缸试验台设计方案,详细论述该试验台功率回收原理,并分析液压冲击产生的主要原因是换向时油液的动能瞬时转化为压力能,针对该问题,提出采用并接蓄能器的方法来抑制液压冲击,通过理论分析,采用AMESim系统建模和仿真。仿真结果及试验应用均表明:功率回收液压缸系统加载平稳,液压冲击明显减小。A novel design of the power-recycling hydraulic cylinder-testing equipment has been put forward for the severe power waste and the hydraulic impact of the present hydraulic cylinder-testing equipment. Demonstrating the principle of power-recycling in detail and analyzing the hydraulic impact which was caused by the kinetic energy of the oil to be transformed into pressure en- ergy instantly while reversing. Aiming at the problem, adopts the method of adding accumulator to suppress the hydraulic impact. Based on the theoretical analysis, AMESim modeling and simulation analysis, the results of simulation and testing application shows that the power recovery type hydraulic cylinder-testing equipment had stable characteristics of load-applying, and the hy- draulic impact significantly reduced.
