摘 要:随着开关功率变换器朝着小型化、高频化、高功率密度化方向的发展,人们对滤波器的体积和性能提出了更高要求。有源EMI滤波器可以有效减小滤波器的体积和重量,是符合电力电子设备发展趋势的选择。本文介绍了有源EMI滤波器的工作原理,并对现有的有源EMI滤波技术进行了分析对比,结合具体实例,总结了各方案的优缺点,最后对有源EMI滤波器的设计难点和发展方向进行了说明。目前有源EMI滤波器的成本和稳定性问题,是限制其推广应用的主要因素。As the switching power converter develops toward the direction of miniaturization, high frequency and high power density, higher requirements in size and performance of the filter are proposed. Active EMI filter, which can effectively reduce the volume and weight of the filter, is a good choice to cater the development trend of power electronic equipment. This paper introduced the working principle of active EMI filter, and the existing active EMI filter technology were analyzed and compared, the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme were also summarized. Finally, the design difficulties and development direction of the active EMI filter were described. At present, the cost and stability of the active EMI filter are the main reasons restrict its wide application.
