早产儿经口喂养能力评估量表的信效度及反应度研究

摘　　要：目的检验早产儿经口喂养能力评估量表的信度、效度和反应度。方法应用早产儿经口喂养能力评估量表测评109例早产儿的经口喂养表现,对测定结果进行信度、效度和反应度分析。结果早产儿经口喂养能力评估表各条目的决断值为3.111~14.159,各条目得分与总分相关系数为0.320~0.791。探索性因子分析抽取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为56.782%,各条目因素负荷量为0.408~0.845。喂养良好组和喂养不良组该评估表得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。总量表的Cronbach’α系数为0.784,各公因子Cronbach’α系数在0.579~0.807。反应度显示开始经口喂养和全部经口喂养的标准化反映均数为1.04和1.02,反应度较好。结论早产儿经口喂养能力评估表信效度及反应度较好,可在临床上进一步使用。Objective To test the reliability,validity and responsiveness of the evaluation scale of oral feeding ability of preterm infants.Methods Oral feeding ability of 109 cases of preterm infants was assessed by the evaluation scale of oral feeding ability of preterm infants.The reliability,validity and responsiveness of the results were analyzed.Results The decision value of the oral feeding ability of premature infants was ranged 3.111-14.159.The correlation coefficient of each item score and total score was 0.320-0.791.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 4common factors,the cumulative variance contribution rate of 56.782%,the load factor of each entry factor was 0.408-0.845.There was significant difference in evaluation scale score between better feeding group and poor feeding group（P〈0.01）.The Cronbach＇αcoefficient of the total scale was 0.784,and the coefficients of each common factor Cronbach＇αwere from 0.579 to 0.807.The responsiveness show standardized response mean of initiation of oral feeding and total oral feeding was 1.04 and 1.02.The responsiveness was better.Conclusion The reliability、validity and responsiveness of the evaluation scale of oral feeding ability of preterm infants is better.It can be used in clinical practice.
