摘　　要：目的掌握淄博市布鲁氏菌病人间感染情况及流行特征,为制定该病的防控策略提供科学依据。方法采用试管凝集试验(SAT)确诊病例,并结合病例资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2015年全市累计报告确诊病例233例,发病率为5.457/10万。所有区县均有病例分布以淄川区病例数最多,周村区发病率最高;该病的流行具有明显的职业性,发病者以农民(散养户)为主,并波及到整个畜牧产业链的多个相关职业;各年龄段人群均有发病,以中老年人群为主,发病年龄最大者85岁,最小者8岁。全年均有发病,夏、秋季多发。结论淄博市人间布鲁氏菌病以夏、秋季发病增长为主,感染途径多样化且发病地区进一步扩大,防控形势严峻,应采取综合防治措施加强对该病的健康干预工作。Objective The study was conducted to assess the infection situation and epidemiological characteristics of Brucellosis infection in population of Zibo City, aiming to provide scientific reference for developing the control and prevention strategies. Methods Serum agglutination test （SAT） was used for laboratory diagnosis, and descriptive epidemiological analysis was performed on serum samples combined with patients＇ data. Results A total of 233 confirmed cases of brucellosis were reported in Zibo City in 2015, with the incidence of 5.457/100 000. Cases were distributed in all counties and districts, while the case amount in Zichuan District ranked the top and Zhoucun District had the top occurrence. The epidemiology of the disease showed certain occupation-concerned feature. Most patients were peasants （scattering raising-households）, and multiple relevant occupations of the entire livestock industrial chain were involved. The disease occurred in people of all ages, while middle-aged and aged people were the major patient group. The onset age ranged from 8 to 85. The disease occurred all the year round, especially in summer and autumn. Conclusion Among Zibo people, the growth of brucellosis occurrence is majorly presented in summer and autumn; the infection channels are diversified; and affected area is further expanded. The district faced severe prevention and control situation, and comprehensive prevention and treatment measures should be adopted for healthy intervention concerning the disease.
