摘 要:目的探讨血浆内源性硫化氢(H_2S)在支气管哮喘患儿病程中的表达及其与肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)的相关性。方法选择60名急性发作期哮喘患儿及30名健康体检儿童,检测血浆H_2S、TNF-α及IL-6的表达水平并随访,比较哮喘患儿急性发作期、慢性持续期及临床缓解期血浆H_2S、TNF-α及IL-6表达水平的差异,并分析H_2S与TNF-α及IL-6的相关性。结果支气管哮喘患儿病程各期血浆H_2S水平低于健康儿童,TNF-α及IL-6水平高于健康儿童。急性发作期H_2S水平低于慢性持续期,慢性持续期低于临床缓解期;急性发作期TNF-α及IL-6水平高于慢性持续期,慢性持续期高于临床缓解期。相关分析结果显示:哮喘患儿血浆H_2S水平同TNF-α及IL-6水平呈负相关。结论支气管哮喘患儿血浆内源性H_2S表达水平降低,随病情控制逐渐回升,并且和TNF-α及IL-6水平负相关,可在一定程度上作为哮喘控制情况的评价指标。Objective The study aimed to explore the expression of H2S in pediatric bronchial asthma and the correlation between the expression of TNF-α and IL-6. Methods A total of 60 pediatric patients with acute attack of asthma and 30 children with health physical examination results were selected. Plasma blood H2S, TNF-v, and IL-6 expression levels were tested and follow-up was arranged. The differences of plasma H2S, TNF-α, and IL-6 expression levels were compared in asthma pediatric patients during an acute attack period, a chronic extended period, and a clinical remission period. The correlation between H2S, TNF-α, and IL-6 were analyzed. Results Plasma H2S levels during all disease courses in pediatric patients with acute attack of asthma were lower than in healthy children, while TNF-α and IL-6 levels were higher than healthy children. H2S level during an acute attack period was lower than in a chronic extended period, and lower in a chronic extended period than a clinical remission period. The level of TNF-α and IL-6 during an acute attack period was higher than in a chronic extended period, and higher in a chronic extended period than a clinical remission period. The results of correlation analysis showed that plasma H2S level in asthma patients was negatively correlated with TNF-α and IL-6 levels. Conclusion Endogenous H2S expression is downregulated in pediatric patients with bronchial asthma, and is gradually rebounded with diseases control; the expression is negatively correlated with TNF-α and IL-6 levels, and can be used as the evaluation index for asthma control to some extent.
