2010-2014年渭南市手足口病病原学监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的对渭南市2010-2014年手足口病(Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease,HFMD)病原学监测结果进行分析,了解渭南市手足口病流行特征,为手足口病防控提供病原学依据。方法应用实时荧光定量PCR(Real-time RT-q PCR)法,对渭南市2010-2014年2 604份疑似手足口病标本进行人肠道病毒(Human Enterovirus,HEV)、肠道病毒71型(Enterovirus 71,EV71)、柯萨奇病毒A组16型(Coxsackievirus A16,Cox A16)和其他人肠道病毒(other HEV)核酸检测。结果2 604份疑似手足口病标本中,HEV阳性率为51.50%(1341/2 604),EV71阳性率为22.08%(575/2 604),Cox A16阳性率为13.56%(353/2 604),其他HEV阳性率为15.86%(413/2 604),HEV阳性病例男女比例为1.36∶1(772/567),手足口病流行时间以4-9月为主,年龄以5岁以下儿童为主。发病2 d内手足口病阳性率最高为74.53%(158/212)。结论 2010年和2013年渭南市手足口病主要病原体是其他肠道病毒,2012年和2014年主要病原体是EV71,2013年主要病原体是EV71和Cox A16,5岁以下儿童是手足口病发病的主要人群,应尽早采集发病2 d内的样品。Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD） etiologic characteristics in Weinan from 2010 to 2014, and provide the etiological basis for the prevention and control of HFMD. Methods A total of 2604 of suspected HFMD specimens were detected for specificity RNA detection on HEV, EV71, CoxA16 and other HEV using real-time quantitative PCR （RT-qPCR）. Results In the 2604 specimens of HFMD, the positive rate was 51.50% for HEV, 22.08% for EV71（575/2604）, 13.56% for CoxA16（353/2604）and 15.86% for other HEV（413/2604）. The gender ratio （male to female） of HFMD patient was 1.36：1 （772/567）. The epidemic time was mainly from April to September and the patients were mainly the children under six years old. Conclusion The major virus causing HFMD in Weinan in 2010 and 2012 was EV71 in 2012 and 2014. In 2013, the major virus were EV71 and CoxA16. Children under the age of five years old were the major population at risk. The specimens should be collected within two days of onset.
