摘  要:目的了解天津地区医院病媒生物监测点德国小蠊侵害和种群密度及季节消长,为医院的德国小蠊防治提供依据。方法 2006-2014年在天津地区医院病媒生物监测点用粘捕法对病房的德国小蠊进行监测,并对监测结果进行统计分析。结果 2006-2014年天津地区医院病媒生物监测点德国小蠊总体平均侵害率5.18%,平均密度0.25只/张。在16个监测区县中,经济欠发达的郊县地区(老五县)和新兴工业区(环城四区)的医院德国小蠊侵害率和密度相对较高,市内六区和滨海新区较低。德国小蠊侵害率及密度的季节消长呈单峰型,高峰为5-8月的夏季。德国小蠊侵害率和密度有年度波动现象,侵害率2007年最高,2013年最低;密度2008年最高,2013年最低。结论初步掌握了天津地区医院德国小蠊的侵害特征、种群密度、区域差异、季节消长和年度变化规律,为医院德国小蠊监测、风险评估、预测预警及控制提供基础数据。Objective To understand the infestation rate,population density,and seasonal fluctuation of Blattella gemanica distribution in hospitals of Tianjin and provide evidence for the control and surveillance of B.gemanica. Methods Sticky traps were used in the density surveillance for B.gemanica in hospitals of Tianjin from 2006 to 2014. Results From 2006 to 2014,the overall average infestation rate of B.gemanica was 5.18 % ,the overall average density of B.gemanica was 0.25 cockroach/trap.The infestation rates and densities of B.gemanica in hospitals of Tianjin were higher in underdeveloped rural areas (old five counties), new industrial areas (four districts around the city ),but relatively lower in urban areas (the urban six districts), coastal areas(Binhai new area district ). The infestation rate and density peaked during May-August in hospitals of Tianjin. The annual infestation rate was the highest in 2007 and lowest in 2013,and which of the density was highest in 2008 and lowest in 2013. Conclusion This study obtained the overall average infestation rate,the overall density of B. gemanica,and its regional, seasonal and annual differences in hospitals of Tianjin were obtained ,whieh provide evidence for the surveillance and control of B. gemanica.
