摘  要:针对水下作业发展的需要,利用药芯割丝进行了水下湿式电弧切割试验,分析了水下电弧切割过程中切割电压、电流及切割速度对割口成形的影响规律,并研究了割口热影响区的显微组织.结果表明,药芯割丝水下电弧切割过程中电弧长度、割丝伸出长度在不停变化;割口下口基本较上口宽;随切割电压或电流的增大,割口上下宽度均有所增加;随切割速度的增大,割口下口宽度逐渐变小.同时发现,由于水下冷却速度较快,割口热影响区较窄,可分为重熔区、过热区、完全再结晶区与不完全再结晶区等区域.To satisfy the great requirement of underwater operations,underwater flux-cored wire arc cutting( FCAC) was conducted. The effect of cutting voltage,cutting current and cutting speed on the shape of cut cavity was investigated,and the microstructure of heat affected zone( HAZ) was studied,simultaneously. The results indicate that the arc length and the wire extension are change all the time during the FCAC process. The width of lower part of the cut cavity is relatively larger than that of upper part; the width of cut cavity is increased with the increase of cutting voltage or cutting current. The width of lower part of the cut cavity is gradually decreased with the increase of cutting speed. At the same time,the heat affected zone,which contains re-melting zone,overheated zone,complete recrystallization zone,and incomplete recrystallization zone,is narrow due to the strong cooling effect in water environment.
