摘　　要：介绍了先期介入EVI的概念,概述了本钢构建EVI服务体系的经营思维模式和发展目标,从当前汽车用钢的发展形势引入车厂对钢铁企业的技术要求,以及钢铁企业从研发、生产和销售的传统模式向供应商先期介入EVI服务模式的转变。详述了以用户为中心,针对车身研制的每个阶段,本钢可以为车厂提供相应的EVI技术服务手段,包括应用分析、车身设计、工具、制造和生产监控等多方面的技术支持。对本钢EVI服务的团队提出了具体的要求——"成为用户信赖的专家"。The concept of early intervention EVI was introduced.The management mode and development target of EVI service system constructed in Benxi Iron and Steel were summarized.The technical requirements for the iron and steel enterprises by the automobile factories were introduced from the current development of the automotive steel,and the traditional management mode which was research and development,manufacture and sale,was changed into the EVI early intervention services to suppliers.Taking the user as the center,according to the development of each stage of the car body,Bensteel can provide the corresponding EVI technology service means for the automobile factories,including application analysis,body design,tools,manufacturing,and production monitoring and technical support.For Bensteel EVI services team,the specific requirement-＂ be the expert user trust＂ was put forward.
