摘 要:针对常乐堡煤矿刀柱式开采合理采留比留设的问题,通过理论分析,数值模拟和物理模拟研究该矿刀柱式开采条件下煤柱的稳定性。研究结果表明:常乐堡煤矿现用的"采10留8"开采方案不能满足煤柱长期稳定性要求,数值模拟宽度8m的煤柱全部进入塑性破坏,物理模拟实验中同样发生了煤柱群失稳现象;常乐堡煤矿刀柱式开采采宽10.0m时,留宽至少为10m,在"采10留10"的模拟方案下煤柱弹性核区率为50.0%,大于榆阳地区现场统计的煤柱长期稳定性31%的弹性核区率,煤柱应力分布呈平缓的马鞍形,可以保持长期稳定。Based on Changlebao coal mining reasonable mining size under reamer-pillar coal mining,pillar stability was studied by theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and physical simulation.The results show that the "10m mining 8m retaining"coal mining couldn't guarantee the permanent stability of pillar.For all retained pillars,plastic failure shows in numerical simulation and group instability occurs in physical simulation.When the mining width is 10 meters under reamer-pillar coal mining,the retaining width is 10 meters at least.The elastic core area of the pillar accounts for 50.0% under the "10m mining 10 m retaining"method in numerical simulation.The result is greater than the Yuyang area site statistics elastic core area ratio of 31% for long-term pillar stability.The stress of coal pillar was saddle-shape distributed.The design scheme can guarantee the permanent stability of pillar.
