摘 要:为提高气化灰渣使用效率,实现资源利用最大化,以宁东煤Texaco气化炉、GSP气化炉产生的灰渣为研究对象,通过粒度分析、可燃物测定、XRD、SEM、FTIR以及BET等分析手段,研究粗、细渣样粒度组成、含量嵌布、烧失量以及各自碳粒表面形态等特性。结果表明,细渣残碳含量明显高于粗渣中残碳含量;两种加压气化装置生成的渣样碳粒表面均生成了较发达的孔隙结构,熔融态矿物质呈圆球状粘附于碳粒表面,并测得碳粒有机官能团的变化;灰渣中的矿物质主要以惰性物质存在,且大部分无规则晶型;粗渣碳粒比表面积大于相应细渣。In order to improve the using efficiency of gasification residue and maximize the resource utilization,different residue from Ningdong coal Texaco gasifier and GSP gasifier were researched.Based on necessary measures including grading analysis,determination of loss on ignition,XRD,SEM,FTIR and BET,particle-size distribution,content distribution,loss on ignition were investigated,as well as morphology characteristics of coal particles surface of coarse slag and fine coarse.Results showed that residual carbon content of fine slag is higher than that of coarse slag; coal particles surface in residue of two pressurized gasification units produce well-developed pore structure,spherical molten minerals adhere to the surface of coal particles,and changing of organo-functional groups of coal particles surface is researched;minerals in residue are existed as inert materials and they are presented with random crystals; surface area of coal particles from coarse slag is higher than from fine slag.
