摘  要:混合工质可为振荡热管带来独特的传热性能,文中将戊醇/丙酮混合溶液应用于振荡热管中,研究戊醇/丙酮混合工质振荡热管的传热性能,并与戊醇、丙酮纯工质振荡热管比较。分别对不同充液率(45%,55%,62%,70%)下,不同体积比(1∶2,1∶4,1∶7)的戊醇/丙酮混合工质振荡热管的传热特性进行了实验研究,结果表明:戊醇/丙酮混合工质振荡热管及戊醇纯工质振荡热管的热阻比较接近;在低、中充液率(45%与55%)下,戊醇/丙酮混合工质振荡热管以及戊醇纯工质振荡热管的抵御烧干能力比丙酮纯工质振荡热管要好;在高充液率(62%与70%)下,丙酮纯工质振荡热管的传热性能最优。For the pulsating heat pipe (PHP) using a mixed working medium may bring unique heat transfer performance. The heat transfer performance of PHP with pentanol/acetone mixture working fluid was investigated experimentally and compared to that with pure working fluids (pentanol, acetone). The filling ratio ranged from PHP with pure pentanol and pentanol/acetone mixture are close to each other; at 45% and 55% filling ratios, the anti-dry-out ability of the PHP with pentanol/acetone mixture and pure pentanol is better than that with acetone; at high filling ratios (62% and 70% ), the heat transfer performance of the PHP with pure acetone is better than that with other working fluids.
