广西蔬菜产业发展现状与对策分析

摘　　要：蔬菜作为民众们日常膳食结构中重要的一环,有着不可替代的作用。广西作为全国蔬菜主要生产的省区之一,有着气候、水资源等方面优势。本文通过综合分析国内蔬菜产业概况及广西的蔬菜产业的种植分布、品种、产业化经营等发展现状,提出了加强产业发展战略指引、优化种植结构、提高生产标准化水平等建议。Vegetables are an important part of the daily diet of people and has an irreplaceable role in our daily life.Guangxi is one of the main vegetables producing provinces in China, and has advantages of climate, water resources in vegetables production.The present situations of the domestic vegetables industry in China and the planting distribution, varieties, industrialization management of vegetables in Guangxi were comprehensively reviewed and analyzed, based on which some suggestions were put forward to strengthen industrial development strategy, optimize the planting structure, and improve the production standardization level.
