摘　　要：目前，中国工商银行是银行间外汇市场最主要做市商和境外机构外汇代理人，文章结合该行代理境外机构参与境内货币掉期业务，并与境外机构开展货币掉期交易的经验，从外汇市场开放政策、境外机构在境内银行间市场开展货币掉期业务情况等方面，对境内货币掉期业务国际化发展进行分析和展望。Currently, the ICBC is one of the main market makers in the inter-bank forex market and one of the main forex agents for overseas institutions. Combining with the experiences of the ICBC acting as an agent for foreign institutions and as a trading counterparty of them in the onshore cross-currency swap market, the essay ana yzes the internationalization development of the domestic cross-currency swap market from the perspectives of the forex market opening up policies as well as the trading practices of foreign institutions in the cross-currency swap market. It also takes a look at the future of the internationalization of the market.
