摘　　要：该文从越南盾货币出发，介绍了越南外汇市场的历史沿革、外汇制度、市场结构、市场参与者、产品种类、外汇交易要素及其市场特点，分析了越南盾与人民币的汇率市场和边境贸易情况，展望了越南盾汇率走势，以期为对越经贸投资决策提供参考。This essay introduces Vietnam＇s Forex market, including market history, exchange rate system, market structure,market participants, product varieties, Forex trading elements and market characteristics. It then analyzes the exchange rate market of the Vietnamese Dong against the RMB and the border trade between Vietnam and China, and offers an outlook of the trend of Vietnamese Dong exchange rate, in an attempt to provide references for trading and investing in Vietnam.
