摘　　要：铁塔公司作为通信基础建设行业大规模建设潮流之下的产物,成立之初就承接了来自3家运营商的海量建设需求,建设规模大,建设周期短,给铁塔公司带来巨大的交付压力。本着铁塔公司成立的初衷及快速及时交付的目的,对运营商需求进行初步筛查和需求整合,对现网可利旧站址进行绑定整合,达到节约投资及时交付的目的。充分共享现网站点一方面节约铁塔的投资,提高交付及时率,另一方面能够降低运营商租金,达到双赢。Tower company,as the product under the trend of large-scale construction of infrastructure industry,carries on the massive construction demand from 3 operators at the beginning of its establishment. The large construction scale and short construction period brings huge delivery pressure to tower company. The tower was founded with the original intention and purpose of rapid and timely delivery,for satisfying the needs of operators for preliminary screening,integration requirements,dealing with old usable site for binding integration,to save investment,timely delivery. Fully sharing of the site can save investment,improve timely-delivery rate,but also decrease operators＇ rent,to reach win-win situation.
