摘　　要：3月20日开始的一周,北京迎来倒春寒,同样感受到寒意的还有京城楼市。3月17日,全国两会刚刚结束,北京发布楼市调控政策,＂认房又认贷＂、提高二套房首付比例、缩短贷款年限等措施被外界称为＂史上最严＂。紧随其后,郑州、广州、石家庄、长沙、保定、句容、廊坊、沧州、成都等城市纷纷发布楼市调控政策。'Houses are built to be inhabited, not for speculation' has been emphasized in a statement issued aft er the Central Economic Work Conference in December, 2016. Big cities have launched a new round of lending curbs and purchase restrictions in an eff ort to cool overheated property markets. On March 17, 2017, new policies released by Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, including relying on both credit registry and house ownership and raising down payment requirements on second homes, are regarded as the strictest real estate regulations ever.
