摘 要:风电大规模并网对电力系统数值仿真提出了更高的要求。含风力发电机组的系统动态行为仿真一致性对电网运行控制和安全决策产生重要影响。构建了仿真一致性评估指标体系,提出了一种基于蒙特卡洛模拟的仿真一致性评估方法;从模型构造上对PSASP和PSS/E中的双馈感应风力发电机模型进行对比分析;通过典型算例,详尽评估了两种软件在不同风力发电机渗透率情况下的机电暂态仿真一致性。研究表明,随着风力发电机渗透率的提高,两种软件的仿真一致性逐步变差。Large-scale wind power interconnection is putting forward higher requirements on power system numerical simulation.The consistency of dynamic behavior simulation of power systems with large-scale wind power has important influence on operation,control and stability decision.An evaluation index system of simulation consistency is developed.A simulation consistency evaluation method based on Monte Carlo simulation is proposed,and the doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG)wind generator models of PSASP and PSS/E are compared. A numerical example is given to evaluate the electromechanical transient simulations of two kinds of software at different wind power penetration rates.The results show that with an increase in wind power penetration,the simulation consistency of the two kinds of software is getting worse.
