摘  要:全尾砂充填是大型铁矿充填采矿法的发展方向,超细全尾砂浆高效浓密技术是实现安全和经济采矿的关键技术。针对鞍钢铁矿充填采矿法,开展超细全尾砂浆沉降速率与絮凝浓密机理试验研究。通过全尾砂浆静态沉降试验和添加不同分子量絮凝剂试验,以砂浆沉降速度为评价指标,揭示不同絮凝剂掺量的全尾砂浆沉降速率。结果表明,添加分子量为1500万的阴离子絮凝剂能够吸附超细全尾砂颗粒,加快全尾砂浆沉降浓密速度。确定了鞍钢铁矿全尾砂浆絮凝剂溶液最优浓度为0.3%~0.35%,相应的絮凝剂添加量为95~115g/t,获得的底流极限压缩浓度为71.12%,达到矿山设计的质量浓度65%。研究成果为鞍钢铁矿嗣后充填法采矿全尾砂浆沉降浓密设计与工程应用提供理论基础。The total tailings filling is the development direction of filling mining method in large iron mine, and the high-efficiency dense technology of extra-fine total tailings is the key to realize safe and economic mining. Aiming at filling mining method of Angang Iron Ore, the experiments on settling velocity and flocculation mechanism of extraExtra-fine total tailings, Flocculant, Settling velocity, Slurry concentrationfine total tailings were carried out. Based on the experiments, taking the settling velocity of slurry as the evaluation index, the settling velocities of total railings slurry under different flocculant amounts were obtained. The results showed that the anionic flocculant with 15 million of molecular weight could absorb the total railings particles and promote the settling velocity. Then, the optimal concentration of flocculant solution for total tailings slurry was determined as 0.3%~0.35%, and the corresponding flocculant amount was 95~115 g/t. Under these two conditions, the limited compression concentration of underflow was 71.12%, and the quality concentration of slurry reached to the designed concentration of 65%. This study provided a theoretical basis for the flocculation and settling design of total tailings slurry and its engineering application on subsequent filling mining in Angang Iron.
