摘 要:新型水泥基复合材料(CGM)可用作富水破碎地层的堵水注浆充填材料。为了研究CGM注浆材料的最佳注浆性能,运用正交实验设计了注浆材料的配比实验,通过实验结果得出:CGM注浆材料的最佳配比为:熟料83.71%,钢渣微粉5.68%,羟基高聚物4.12%,羟基氯化物0.21%,硫酸盐6.28%。采用此配比可以满足浆液高黏度、低析水率以及高结石体强度的性能要求。CGM注浆材料主要成分为冶金废弃物钢渣微粉,可满足地下工程大面积注浆时的高经济性要求。The new cement-based composite grouting material (CGM) could be used as the water-blocking and filling material of water-rich broken stratum areas. In order to study the best grouting performance of CGM, the orthogonal experiments were used to design the proportion experiments of grouting material. The experimental results showed that the best proportions of CGM were 83.71 % of clinker, 5.68 % of steel slag powder, 4.1Z % of hydroxyl polymer, 0.21% of hydroxy chloride and 6.28 % of sulfate, which could meet the performance requirement of high slurry viscosity, low bleeding rate and high consolidation strength. The main component of CGM was the metallurgical waste slag powder, which satisfied the high-economy requirement in large area grouting of underground engineering.
