摘  要:针对胶固粉和硅酸盐水泥对尾砂胶结充填体抗压强度的影响进行了对比实验研究,测得不同浓度、不同灰砂比和充填体在不同龄期下的抗压强度。实验结果显示:在灰砂比和浓度相同条件下,随龄期的增加,胶固粉胶结充填体强度增长明显,28d龄期胶固粉充填体强度明显高于水泥充填体强度值,60d龄期胶固粉充填体强度增加值依然显著;低灰砂比胶固粉尾砂胶结充填不仅满足矿山充填强度的要求,并降低了充填成本,具有良好的效益。The contrast experiments were conducted to study the influences of glue-powder and portland cement on the compressive strength of tailings cemented filling body, which obtained the compressive strengths of filling body under different concentrations, cement-sand ratios and curing periods. The results showed that under the same cement-sand ratio and concentration, the compressive strength of glue-powder cemented filling body greatly increased with the increase of curing period, the strength of glue-powder cemented filling body in 28 d was higher than that of cement filling body, and the strength Of glue-powder filling body in 60 d still improved obviously. The glue-powder tailings cemented filling with low cement-sand ratio not only met the requirement of filling strength, but also reduced the filling cost, with good economic benefit.
