摘 要:为了研究减水剂对充填体长期强度的影响,采用响应面法对萘系、氨基、木钙和脂肪族4种减水剂添加量进行优化研究。以4种减水剂的添加量作为输入因子,以充填体28d单轴抗压强度作为综合输出因子,根据响应面优化实验,得出4种减水剂对充填体强度的影响顺序为氨基类>木钙类>脂肪族类>萘类,且4种减水剂组合添加的质量分数依次为0.01%、0.35%、0.27%、0.53%,可得到理想的单轴抗压强度。In order to study the effect of water-reducing agent on the long-term strength of filling body, the additive amounts of naphthalene series, amino, wood calcium and aliphatic, which were selected as the input factors, were optimized and studied by response surface method. And the uniaxial compressive strength of 28 d was used as comprehensive output factor. Based on the optimization tests, the influence order of four kinds of water-reducing agent was obtained as follows: amino〉wood calcium〉 aliphatic〉aphthalenc series. And the mass fraction of four kinds of water reducing agent was respectively 0.01%, 0.35%, 0.27%and 0.35%, which could obtain an ideal uniaxial compressive strength.
