灵芝固体液化菌种栽培初探

摘　　要：通过灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)固体液化菌种的制作,以及不同浓度和不同接种量的灵芝固体液化菌种对栽培袋中发菌和出菇影响进行研究。结果表明,灵芝固体液化菌种菌丝量多、流动性好;将灵芝专用固体菌种稀释1 500倍,接种35 m L,需11 d即可长满,47 d即可采收子实体,平均单产42.8 g·袋-1(干品)。Ganoderma lucidum liquefied solid spawn was tried to be produced. The cultivation of G. lucidum liquefied solid spawn under different concentration and different inoculum size was studied. The result showed that liquefied solid spawn had advantage of high hyphae amount and good fluidity. With 35 mL liquefied solid spawn which is diluted 1 500 times, the myeeli- um could grow full of the bags in 11 days, and G. lucidum can be harvest in 47 days with 42.8 g per bag.
