摘  要:[目的]探讨神经营养素3(NT-3)对发育阶段大鼠耳蜗螺旋神经节神经元(SGN)生长发育的影响.[方法]取发育阶段大鼠耳蜗螺旋神经节神经元细胞,随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组在培养液中加入NT-3,采用原代细胞培养方法比较实验组和对照组存活的SGN细胞数、神经突起数目及长度.[结果]P0期与P5期,实验组存活的SGN细胞数明显高于对照组(P<0.05);P20期,两组存活的SGN细胞数间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).P0,P5,P20期,两组神经突起数目和长度间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).[结论]NT-3在早期SGN生长发育中起重要作用.OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of neurotrophins-3(NT-3)on the growth and development of cochlear spiral ganglion neuron(SGN)in the developing rats.METHODS Spiral ganglion neurons were taken out from cochlea of the developing rats,they were randomly divided into control and experimental group.NT-3was added to the culture medium of the experimental group.The primary cell culture method was use to compare the number of cochlear spiral ganglion cells,the length and number of the neurite.RESULTSIn P〈0 and P5,the number of survival cells in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of survival cells between the two groups in P20(P〈0.05).The difference of the number and length of neurite had no statistical significance between the two groups in P〈0,P5 and P20(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION NT-3played an important role in the early growth and development of spiral ganglion neurons.
