重症监护室护理人员技术水平与专家期望比较

摘　　要：目的了解重症监护室(ICU)初级、中级专业技术职务护理人员对护理技术实际掌握水平与护理专家期望水平差异,并分析原因,探讨提高ICU护理人员技术水平的方法。方法在查阅文献的基础上,采用特尔菲法专家咨询法与问卷调查法分别对北京市30名ICU护理专家及北京市24家医院86个重症监护室848名护理人员进行问卷咨询,请护理专家对61项ICU护理技术期望护理人员掌握水平及参加调查的护理人员对技术的实际掌握水平分别填写问卷,应用Matlab7.0统计学软件对数据进行处理。结果回收护理专家有效问卷27份,有效率为90.0%;回收护理人员有效问卷808份,有效率为95.2%。护士职称人员有17项护理技术操作符合专家期望;护师职称人员有4项护理技术操作符合专家期望;主管护师职称人员只有1项护理技术操作符合专家期望。结论 ICU护理人员实际技术水平低于专家期望,护士职称人员技术水平相对更符合专家期望,护师、主管护师职称人员技术水平与专家期望差距较大。重视护师、主管护师职称护理人员技术培训,使其具备符合专业技术职务的技术水平,应是护理管理工作中更加重视并亟需关注的问题。Objective To compare skills level of nurses working in ICU and the expectation of specialists, and analyze the reasons for the differences. Methods Literature review was based on Delphi method, the questionnaire survey was carried out in 30 ICU nurse specialists and 849 clinical ICU nurses in 24 hospitals. The results were compared with the nurses group and specialists group. Results Recycling questionnaire for ICU nurse specialists were 27, the effective rate was 90.0%; and for clinical ICU nurses were 808, the effective rate was 95.2%. Seventeen skills in nurses conformed to the specialists＇ expectation in ICU, 4 skills in nurse practitioner conformed to the specialists＇ expectation, only one in nurse-in-charge conformed to the specialists＇ expectation. Conclusion The skills level of ICU clinical nurses is below the specialists＇ expectation. Nurses＇ skills level is more according to the specialists＇ expectation, there is a wide gap between nurse practitioner and nurse-in-charge are on specialists＇ expectation. So regulators should pay more attention to the nurses skills training.
