摘 要:目的综合分析辽宁口岸蚊类、蝇类监测结果及病原体检测结果,为辽宁口岸蚊类、蝇类及相关虫媒传染病的防控提供基础数据。方法 2006年1月-2015年12月,在辽宁口岸15个监测点,采用灯诱法、人帐诱捕法和勺捞法等监测蚊类;采用笼诱法网捕法监测蝇类。用RT-PCR等分子生物学技术对蚊类携带的日本脑炎病毒(Japanese encephalitis virus,JEV)、库蚊黄病毒(Culex flavivirus)等黄病毒属(Flavivirus)的病毒进行检测;利用细菌学技术对蝇类携带的致病菌(条件致病菌)进行检测;利用寄生虫学技术对蝇类携带的寄生虫虫卵进行检测。结果共捕获蚊类3属15种119 184只、蝇类40属101种238 065只。淡色库蚊(Culex pipiens pallens)为辽宁口岸优势蚊种,丝光绿蝇(Lucilia sericata)等丽蝇科(Calliphoridae)种类为辽宁口岸优势蝇种。从蚊类样本中检测到日本脑炎病毒和库蚊黄病毒,从蝇类样品检测到肺炎克雷伯菌(Klebsiella Pneumoniae)、铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)和松鼠葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus sciuri)等39种致病菌(条件致病菌)。结论辽宁口岸蚊类和蝇类均携带多种病原体,存在传播相关传染病的风险,应进一步加强防控措施。Objective To analyze the population structure and pathogens of mosquitoes and flies at Liaoning ports, and to provide the basic data for prevention and control of mosquitoes and flies at Liaoning ports. Methods From January 2006 to December 2015. Men-trapping,light-trapping for monitoring adults of mosquitos were adapted,and water were also collected for the larvae at 15 monitoring points at Liaoning ports. Cage trapping was used to collect the flies. RT-PCR was used to detect Japanese encephalitis virus and Flavivirus carried by mosquitoes. The pathogenic bacteria and the parasite eggs carried by flies were detected by bacteriological methods and parasitological techniques respectively. Results 119 184 mosquitoes belonging to 15 species of 3 genera and 238 065 flies belonging to 101 species of 40 genus were collected. Culex pipiens pallens and Lucilia serieata were the dominant species at Liaoning ports. Japanese encephalitis virus and Culex flavivirus had been detected from mosquitoes. A total of 39 species of pathogenic bacteria were detected from flies,such as Klebsiella Pneumoniae,Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus seiuri. Conclution There was the risk of spread of infectious diseases at Liaoning ports. The prevention and eontrol measures should be strengthened.
