国际航行船舶海员急救知识知晓率及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查国际航行船舶海员急救知识知晓情况,并分析其影响因素,为制定急救知识普及策略提供参考。方法对2015年8-12月在京唐港口岸出入境的海员进行调查,参照通用的急救知识调查问卷自行设计调查问卷,调查问卷共7项,分别为创伤急救、心肺复苏、中毒、触电、中暑、溺水及液体喷溅。采用SPSS 18.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果海员急救知识知晓率最高的为触电紧急措施,为89.2%,最低为四肢束扎时间急救,为10.9%。影响急救知识知晓率的因素包括年龄、职务、学历(P<0.05)。结论国际航行船舶海员部分急救知识和技能知晓率偏低,应重点关注低学历、高年龄的普通船员。Objective To know the first aid knowledge and skill of crewmen on international ocean ships,and to analyze the influence factors. To provide the adviees for the awareness of the first aid. Methods Selected 1207 crewmen on the international ocean ships which entered the border at Jingtang Port from Augest to December,2015. Self-designed questionnaire was designed according to general first aid knowledge and skill questionnaire. Seven parts including trauma emergency,cardio-pulmonary resuscitation （CPR）,intoxication,electric shock,heatstroke, drowning and corrosive liquid were inducted in the questionnaire. SPSS 18.0 software was adopted to realize the data processing and statistical analysis Results The highest awareness project of the first aid was shock emergency measures,the awareness was 89.2%. The least awareness project of the first aid was limbs tied aid,the awareness was 10.9%. The influence factors of awareness of the first aid included age,rank and educational background（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The crewmen＇s awareness of first aid knowledge and skills was in a low level. It should pay more attention to those crewmen who has lower level of education ,lower rank and old age.
