摘 要:目的:了解医学生在校期间压力源和应对方式,对比不同年级之间的变化。方法:2013年9月对某医科大学260名在校医学生采用BSSI和特质应对方式问卷调查和半结构式访谈调查。结果:243名在校医学生中,大四学生压力最大;大二NC得分较高,PC得分最低。访谈结果显示最大的压力源是考试。结论:医学生心理健康应当给予关注,按需施教。Objective: To understand the sources of stress and coping style among medical students during the period of school,then compare differences among different grades. Methods: In September 2013 260 medical college students were investigated using BSSI and questionnaire of trait coping style. Meanwhile qualitative interviews were used to get more extensive information. Results: Of the 243 students,those in their senior year had relatively high pressure,followed by sophomores,meanwhile,NC among the second grade students scored highest,the PC among the second grade students scored lowest. The main sources of stress was competition among students,coping style is generally positive response is not active. Conclusion : More attention should be paid to the psychological health of medical students,and take effective measures to improve the psychological health level of medical students.
