摘 要:目的:探讨医教协同培养模式对学生的护士执业资格考试成绩和护士核心能力的影响。方法:从护理专业班级中遴选6-9个班级作为临床班,从第2学年起进入合作医院实施医教协同护理人才培养模式;在校班按照传统方法培养。结果:2014年-2016年临床班护士执业资格考试成绩和护士核心能力均优于在校班,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医教协同培养模式可提升学生的护士执业资格考试成绩和护士核心能力,为培养基层护理人才提供了可推广和可复制的模式。Objective: This study aims at finding out the effects of hospital and school collaboration on the outcome of nursing licensing exams and their competence. Methods: six to nine classes were randomly selected as clinical class from nursing classes studied in cooperation hospitals by psychiatry cocultivation mode. Results: The nurse qualification examination scores and nurses core ability of clinical classare better than school classes( P 0. 05 for both). Conclusion: The collaboration between school and hospital can improve the outcome of nursing licensing exams and nurses' professional skills. It can be replicated in the education for primary nursing care.
