摘  要:目的:了解在校本科护生(以下统称在校护生)成就动机的现状并探讨其影响因素。方法:采用随机整群抽样方法,对286名在校护生进行问卷调查,并对影响因素进行非条件logistic回归分析。结果:在校护生成就动机得分(0.65±9.53)。经常参加小组学习、自认为网络学习有趣及不同年级是在校护生成就动机的主要影响因素。结论:在校护生成就动机处于较低水平,总体状况不容乐观,且受多种因素影响。其中鼓励在校护生经常参加小组学习、培养其网络学习兴趣、针对不同年级的护生采取有针对性的措施增加其成功的体验,均有助于提高其成就动机水平。Objective: To investigate the current status of the achievement motivation of undergraduate nursing students and to explore its in- fluencing factors. Methods:A cross-sectional survey was made among 286 undergraduate nursing students in school with questionnaire by a ran- dom duster sampling method. The influencing factors were analyzed by multiple logistic regression. Results: Undergraduate nursing students scored 0.65- 9.53 in achievement motivation. Often take part in group learning, network learning is interesting and different grades were the crucial factors affecting the undergraduate nursing students' achievement motivation. Conclusion: The level of the undergraduate nursing stu- dents'achievement motivation is only at a low level, the general condition is not optimistic. Undergraduate nursing students'achievement motiva- tion is influenced by many factors. Encourage undergraduate nursing students in school to participate in group learning frequently, develop stu- dents interest in online learning, take targeted measures to increase the successful experience of undergraduate nursing students according to dif- ferent grades, help to improve the level of achievement motivation among undergraduate nursing students in school.
