摘  要:为探讨花生高产的适宜根系大小,为花生高产新品种选育和栽培提供理论依据。采用尼龙袋装土栽培花生的方法,研究了根土空间对花生结荚期营养器官矿质元素吸收积累与分配的影响。结果表明,氮、钙含量为叶片>根>茎秆,磷、钾含量为茎秆>叶片>根,镁、硼含量为叶片>茎秆>根,硫、铁、锰、锌、铜含量为根>叶片>茎秆。氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、硼积累量为叶片>茎秆>根,硫、铁、锰、锌含量为叶片>根>茎秆,铜含量为根>叶片>茎秆。根土空间过小显著影响花生根茎叶各矿质元素含量和积累量的提高,但当根土空间超过一定大小后,再增大根土空间则对花生根茎叶各矿质元素含量和积累量的影响变小。In order to explore the appropriate size of peanut root yield, provide a theoretical basis for the new high--yielding peanut breeding and cultivation. Using the method of cultivating peanut by nylon bag soil, studies the effects of soil root--growing space on vegetative organs absorption of mineral elements accumulation and distribution of peanut in pod bearing stage. The results showed that nitrogen and calcium content was leaf〉 root〉 stem, phosphorus and potassium content was stem〉 leaf〉 root, magnesium, boron content was leaf〉stem〉root, sulfur, iron, manganese, zinc, copper content was root〉leaf〉stem. Nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, boron accumulation was leaf〉stem〉root, sulfur, iron, manganese, zinc content was leaf〉root〉stem, the copper content was root〉 leaf〉 stem. Root soil space is too small significant effect on peanut root and stem of each mineral elements content and accumulation of improvement, but the root soil space exceeds a certain size, and then increase the soil root space of peanut root and stem of each mineral elements content and accumulation of influence smaller.
