摘  要:以苹果品种‘秦冠’、‘富士’及二者的杂交种‘QF-2’为试材,室内接种炭疽叶枯病菌,发现前者表现为感病,后二者均表现为抗病。接种后的0~4d内,寄主叶片内的SOD、POD、CAT活性均出现先升高后降低的趋势,在接种1d后出现峰值,且在抗病种质上明显高于感病种质。PPO活性在接种后也是呈现先上升后下降的趋势,但感病种质‘秦冠’的上升速度较快,峰值出现较早。对三份种质来说,受病原菌的诱导,MDA含量均在接种1d后达到高峰,然后缓慢下降,但其含量变化与种质间的抗性水平差异没有明显的相关性。Apple varieties‘Qinguan' and ‘Fuji’, and a hybrid derived from a cross of them, designed as ‘QF-2’, were used as plant materials, through inoculating with Glomerella cingulata under room condition, it found that ‘Qinguan’ was disease-susceptible, while both‘Fuji' and ‘QF-2’ were disease-resistant, respectively. Within the 4 days after inoculation, the activity of SOD, POD and CAT in the leaves of host plants showed a trend of rise first and then fall, with the peak appeared at 1 d after the inoculation. Furthermore, for each of the three enzymes, the activity in disease-resistant type was higher than that in disease-susceptible type. The activity of PPO also increased at first and then declined after the inoculation, while it increased rapidly and the peak appeared earlier in the disease-susceptible resource ‘Qinguan’. In- duced by the pathogen, the MDA content in all these three apple resources reached the peak at 1 d after the inoculation, and then decreased slowly. The MDA content did not correlate with the difference of the dis- ease resistance level between the resistant type and the susceptible type.
