摘  要:目的观察卡前列甲酯栓(卡孕栓)对剖宫产术后病人的作用。方法选取足月妊娠产妇78例,随机分成两组,各39例。A组产妇胎儿娩出后舌下含服卡孕栓1mg,术后3d每天舌下含服卡孕栓0.5 mg;B组产妇术后每天静脉滴注缩宫素20U,连用3d。比较两组产妇产后出血量、子宫复旧情况及首次排气时间。结果术后2、24h出血量A组均明显少于B组,差异有显著性(F=5.855,P<0.05);术后第1、2、3天A组子宫复旧效果明显优于B组,差异有显著性(F=17.334,P<0.05);术后首次排气时间A组明显短于B组,差异有显著性(t=9.061,P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后应用卡孕栓可有效预防及减少剖宫产术后出血,促进子宫复旧及胃肠功能恢复。Objective To observe the effect of methyl earprost suppositories (MCS) on patients after cesarean section. Methods Seventy-eight pregnant women in term pregnancy were selected and evenly randomized to groups A and B. After delivery of baby, lying-in woman in group A was given sublingual MCS (1 mg), and 3 d later, the dose was changed to 0.5 mg/d. For those in group B, postoperative intravenous infusion of oxytocin 20 U was given daily for 3 d. Postoperative maternal hemorrhage, ute- rine involution and first exhaust time were compared between the two groups. Results In 2 and 24 h after the operation, the amount of bleeding in group A was significantly less than that in group ]3, the difference was significant (F=5.855,P〈0.05). On days 1,2 and 3 after surgery, uterine involution of group A was obviously better than that of group B (F=17.334,P〈0.05). The first exhaust time after operation in patients of group A was significantly shorter than that of group B (t =9.061 ,P〈0.05). Conclusion Postoperative application of methyl carprost suppositories can effectively prevent and reduce bleeding after cesarean section and promote uterine instauration and recovery of gastrointestinal function.
