摘　　要：目的探讨地方高校协同创新中心体制机制建设中存在的问题及对策,为逐步完善协同创新中心体制机制建设提供有益参考。方法对地方高校协同创新中心建设中存在的问题进行分析。结果提出了协同创新中心体制机制建设中存在的问题、解决思路及对策建议。结论体制机制的逐步建立与不断完善对高校协同创新中心的建设和发展十分重要。Objective To explore the existing problems and countermeasures in the construction of system and mechanisms of collaborative innovation centers in local universities, and provide reference for gradually improving its construction of the project. Methods The problems existing in the construction of the project were analyzed. Results The solutions and suggestions of existing problems in the construction of the system and mechanism were put forward. Conclusion The gradual estahlishment and perfection of the institutional mechanism is very important for the construction and development of collaborative innovation centers in universities.
