摘 要:目的探讨大学新生中独生子女与非独生子女心理健康水平的差异及随年代变化趋势。方法方便抽取某高校2009—2015级大学新生21 503人,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对7个年级新生心理健康水平进行分析。结果 (1)2013级和2014级独生子女与非独生子女新生心理问题检出率差异有统计意义(2013级:χ~2=5.20,P〈0.05;2014级:χ~2=4.83,P〈0.05)。(2)7个年级在恐怖因子得分上非独生子女均高于独生子女,差异有统计学意义;2009—2014级,在人际关系、精神病性和其他因子得分上非独生子女均高于独生子女,差异有统计学意义;其他因子差异无明显规律。(3)7个年级大学新生躯体化因子得分从2014级开始有所回升,独生子女回升更为明显。结论 7个年级独生子女大学新生心理健康水平整体优于非独生子女大学新生;2013级以后,躯体化症状有所严重,需持续关注。Objective To explore the differences and variation trend of the psychological health level of the Only Child and Non-only Child freshmen in university. Methods A total of 201,503 freshmen in university from 2009 to 2015 were selected by convenience sampling. They were assessed with the Self-Reporting Inventory (SCL-90). Results (1) The Only children with the one-child freshman psychological problem detection rate difference is statistically significant in grade 2013 and 2014( The class of 2013:X2= 5.20,P ≤ 0.05;The class of 2014 :X2 = 4.83, P ≤ 0. 05 ). (2) From 2009 to 2014, in the interpersonal relationship, psychoticism and other factor score of the Only Children were higher than Nan-only children, and difference was statistically significant, There was no obvious difference of other factors. ( 3 ) In the seven years, the freshman somatization factor score began to rebound from 2014, the Only children picked up more obvious.Conclusions In seven academic grades, freshman psychological health level is better than that of Non-only Child freshman; After the year of 2013, the somatization symptoms are severe, which needs constant attention.
