摘  要:定量金相分析是研究材料组织和性能的重要方法。为提高处理金相照片的自动化程度和准确度,本文以数学分析软件Matlab为工具,使用数学形态学方法对铸造镁合金AM50的试样的全部金相照片进行数字图像处理和定量金相分析,得到了晶粒尺寸在整个试样上的分布规律。结果表明数学形态学方法可以应用于预处理、后处理和数据分析等多个环节中,分析快速准确,并且有着很好的自适应性,可用于批量处理以进行统计分析。该方法原理明确,操作简单,可以推广到其他材料的定量金相分析中。Quantitative metallographic analysis is an important method to study material microstructure and properties. In order to enhance the automation and accuracy of processing photomicrograph,mathematical analysis software Matlab was adopted as a tool in this paper,and mathematical morphology was ap-plied to perform digital image processing and quantitative metallographic analysis on all photomicrographs for casting magnesium alloy AM50 samples,the distribution of grain size in the entire sample was obtained eventually. The result shows that the method of mathematical morphology can be applied in pretreatment,post- processing,data analysis and other aspects. In addition,its analysis is quick,accurate,and has a good adaptability. It can be used for batch processing. This method has clear principle and simple operation,which can be used for further analysis of other parameters,and extended to the quantitative metallographic analysis of other materials.
