摘　　要：本文对高校图书馆原版外文期刊和外文图书存在的信息资源利用低的现状及问题进行了分析,同时就开展文献的二三次利用提出了新的服务对策。In this paper, the original foreign periodicals in university library and the foreign language books existing information resource utilization low status and existing problems are analyzed, at the same time to carry out literature twice or three timesthe proposed a new service countermeasure.
