摘 要:探讨腔镜模拟训练的时效关系和影响因素。应用腔镜训练器进行视觉转换、手眼协调、精细操作、复杂操作培训。检测受训者3h、6h、9h、12h、15h训练后各模块水平情况。受训者视觉转换、精细操作、复杂操作经过12小时的培训可以达到平台期。男生各模块平均成绩高于女生,未发现心理因素和学习成绩对各模块训练效果产生明显影响。Objective: To explore the time-effect relation and other factors affecting the training of nonprocedural laparoscopic techniques. Methods: Laparoscopic simulator was used to train 202 medical students in four aspects including two-dimeusional perspective adapting, hand- eye coordination, delicate operation and complex operation. We analyzed the training effectiveness and compared the effect of gender, psychology factors and academic record on laparoscopic simulation training after the students were randomly trained for 3h, 6h, 9h, 12h or 15h. Resuit:After the training, the laparoscopic simulation scores of students reached a plateau after 12h except the score of hand-eye coordination training. We also found that significant difference existed between different genders, and the score in male group was higher than that of female group. Conclusion: To master nonprocedural laparoscopie sells the students would spend 12h-15h to practice it. The female could take more training time than the male.
