硅钢中磷测定方法的研究

摘　　要：讨论了分光光度法测定硅钢中磷的分析条件。试样用硝酸溶解,以氢氟酸加热挥发除去硅,控制酸度在0.8 mol/L^1.6 mol/L范围内显色,采用加硫脲还原Fe3+离子,增加磷钼蓝的稳定性,对干扰离子进行掩蔽实验,以试验方法绘制工作曲线,相关系数为0.999 6。该方法用于硅钢标准样品中磷的测定,分析结果相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.36%~2.75%。The analysis conditions of assaying the P in the silicon steel of spectrophotometric method was discussed.Dissolving sample with nitric acid,using the hydrofluoric acid to remove the Si（silicon） by heating and volatilization,making the sample colorize in 0.8 mol/L-1.6 mol/L by controlling acidity.Using thiocarbamide to reduce to ferric ion（Fe3＋） in order to increasing the stability of phosphomolybdemum blue,making masking test for the interfering ion.Drawing working curve by test method and the correlation index is about 0.9996.This method applies to the research on the assay method of the P in the silicon steel standard sample.And the RSD（Relative Standard Deviation,n = 6） is 1.36%-2.75%.
