摘　　要：标杆管理、卓越绩效模式、六西格玛是当今世界公认的三大质量管理方法,而标杆管理又是卓越绩效模式的核心内容。发展要对标,营销要对标,生产过程要对标,企业只有瞄准先进企业实施比、学、赶、帮、超,才能持续改进,追求卓越。安阳钢铁集团公司争创首届省长质量奖,安阳钢铁股份有限责任公司争创全国质量奖的过程就是一个比、学、赶、帮、超的过程。Benchmarking,performance excellence mode and six sigma are the world＇s recognized three quality management methods,the benchmarking management is the core content of excellence model performance.Development to mark,marketing to the standard,the production process to the standard,only targeting advanced enterprise implement ratio,learn,catch,help,super,to continuous improvement,the pursuit of excellence.The first governor of anyang iron and steel group company quality prize,Anyang iron and steel shares limited liability company strive for the national quality prize is a ratio,the process of learning,catch,help,super process.
