摘 要:土壤有效磷含量的测定最常用的方法是碳酸氢钠浸提-钼锑抗比色法(Olsen法)。该方法测定过程中有机质对测定值影响比较大,一般采用无磷活性炭吸附的办法去除有机质的干扰。据《土壤分析技术规范》注释,测定时可建议采用紫外可见分光光度计于波长880nm处比色,此波长处对浸出的有机质已基本无吸收,浸提时可不加活性炭。本实验拟探讨这两种方法对土壤有效磷测定值的影响。实验结果表明,在紫外波长880nm处对土壤有机质背景的干扰能够有效的去除,测定值结果相较与传统的活性炭法没有显著性差异,测定过程具有准确、简单、快捷、低成本的优势。故采用紫外可见分光光度计于波长880nm处比色能够准确的测定土壤有效磷。The most commonly used method of the Determination of soil available phosphor- us content is sodium bicarbonate extraction Mo--Sb colorimetry (Olsen method). This study intends to explore the two methods of measurements of available in soil. Ex- perimental results show that the ultraviolet wavelength of 880 nm to effectively remove the inter- ference of background of soil organic matter,The measurements results, There are no significant difference in comparison with the traditional method of activated carbon, the measurement process is accurate, simple, fast, low--cost advantages. The ultraviolet--uisible spectrophotom-- eter is adopted 880 nm wavelengths of colorto the accurate determination of soil effective phos- phorus.
