浅谈犬难产的手术疗法

摘　　要：【目的】犬难产是临床常见疾病,也是复杂棘手疾病。为了让宠物畜主对犬难产有正确判断及宠物医生实施犬难产手术有较好的参考。【方法】通过阐述犬难产知识,浅谈犬难产如何能及早发现和就诊;通过介绍成功救治尿潴留并发难产贵宾犬的案例,浅谈犬难产如何开展诊断和治疗。【结果】一旦确诊为犬难产,在药物催产或人工助产治疗无效时,应尽快进行剖腹产手术。【建议】对子犬难产应果断诊治;手术前或手术过程中给予强心补液;术后注意预防、治疗尿潴留和粘连。[ Objective ] Dog dystocia is the clinical common disease, is also a complicated diseases.In order to provide the correct judgment to pet owners,also a good reference for dog dystocia operation.[ Method ]Through describing the knowledge of dog dystocia, discuss how to carry on early diagnosis and treatment;By introducing a successful poodle dystocia treatment case of urinary retention concurrent dystocia, discuss how to carry on diagnosis and treatment during diagnosis. [ Results ]Once confirm the diagnosis of canine dystocia, when drug oxytocin or artificial midwifery treatment is invalid, a cesarean section should be implemented as soon as possible. [ Suggestion ] Make a decisive diagnosis and carry on treatment;Provide strong heart rehydration before surgery or during surgery;Pay attention to the prevention and treatment of postoperative urinary retention and adhesion.
