On the Sustainable Development of Construction Labor Service Enterprises

摘　　要：建筑业是我国国民经济的支柱产业,随着建筑业的蓬勃发展,建筑劳务企业也逐渐发展。但是,我国建筑劳务分包市场起步比较晚,建筑劳务市场和建筑劳务企业的发展还存在着许多问题,比如劳务分包制度不完善、政府扶持政策难落实、员工培训不到位等问题都制约着建筑劳务企业的可持续发展。分析建筑劳务企业的现状,探究其原因,制订一系列相应的对策。The construction industry is a pillar industry of our national economy, With the vigorous development of construction industry, the construction labor service enterprises have gradually developed. However, because our construction labor subcontracting market started relatively late, there still exist some problems in the development of construction labor market and construction service enterprises, such as the imperfect labor subcontracting system, the governmental support policies difficult to implement, lack of employee trainings, which restrict the sustainable devel- opment of construction labor service enterprises. This paper analyses the present situation of construction labor serv- ice enterprises and explores the causes. Meanwhile, it comes up with some corresponding countermeasures.
