摘　　要：志愿者是职业院校图书馆管理的重要对象,选取扬州部分职业院校,围绕职业院校图书馆志愿者的管理机制这一主题予以调研分析,梳理扬州职业院校图书馆志愿者管理现状,从目标、招募、培训、激励、考核以及反馈机制等方面提出相应的对策,丰富和深化职业教育与图书馆管理的理论成果。Volunteers are the important group in the management of vocational college libraries. By selecting some vocational colleges in Yangzhou, this paper gives an investigation and analysis with focus on the management mecha- nism of vocational college library volunteers. Then, it sorts out the present situation of management of vocational col- lege library volunteers. Furthermore, it comes up with some corresponding countermeasures from such aspects as the mechanism of objective, recruitment, training, incentive, assessment and feedback, thus enriching and deepening the theoretical achievements of vocational education and library management.
