摘　　要：以探索新技术应用为工作核心的新媒体联盟(NMC)于2017年发布了图书馆版地平线报告纲要,检视未来五年内图书馆在技术规划和决策领域将面临的6个关键趋势、6个重要挑战和6项重要技术进展等全球性焦点问题。文章通过对报告背景和核心内容的解读,提出提升图书馆的战略规划与分析能力、推进国内图书馆新媒体技术应用、加强图书馆服务能力建设等建议。At the heart of the NMC＇ s efforts for exploring the application of new technology, which releases Horizon Report （2017 Library Edition） outline .The report examines the six key trends, six key challenges and six major pro- gresses and other global issues in technology planning and decision-making in the next five years Through the interpre- tations of the background and core content of the report, this paper puts forward some suggestions over several fields such as improving the strategic planning and analysis ability of the library, promoting the application of new media tech- nology in the domestic library, strengthening the library service capacity building.
