摘  要:我国国有企业混合所有制改革可以分为政策制定与学术研究两条脉络。其中,政策制定包括萌芽与探索、初步发展、推动与融合、分类与深化四个时期,而学术研究分为经验总结、宏观研究、微观研究、创新研究四个阶段,这四个时期与四个阶段相互促进、相互影响,共同作用和发力于国企混合所有制改革。通过对重庆市两家典型混合所有制汽车企业——北汽银翔和长安跨越的案例比较研究,为新时期混合所有制改革的深化发展提供了有利证据,并从股权构成、经营管理和治理机制等方面对主业处于充分竞争领域的商业类国企的混合所有制改革提出若干建议。The development of mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises in China can be divided into two tracks: policy development and academic research. The policy development track includes four stages: budding and exploration stage, preliminary exploration stage, promotion and integration stage, and classification and deepening stage. While the academic research track includes four periods: experience summary period, macro research period, micro research period and innovation research period. The four stages and the four periods are always intertwined with each other to promote and influence the mixed ownership reform of SOEs. Based on the comparative case study of two typical mixed ownership automobile enterprises in Chongqing (Baic Yinxiang Automobile Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Chang'an Kuayue Automobile Co., Ltd.), this paper provides some evidence that will help deepen the development of mixed ownership reform in the new period. And from the aspects of equity structure, operation management and corporate governance mechanism, it gives some suggestions on mixed ownership reform in fully competitive field of commercial SOEs.
