摘　　要：少数民族档案开发,可为我国文化"软实力"建设提供丰富的资源,并满足全社会的利用需求。鉴于少数民族档案内容民间性、草根性,收藏机构基层性等特点,相较于传统档案开发专业性过强,本文认为少数民族档案开发模式应更亲和、灵活多元、传播便捷。运用受众广泛的现代技术,面向不同用户的开发利用实践,对于现阶段的少数民族档案事业而言,具有实践可行性与理论积极性。The exploitation on the indigenous archives could offer several resources to concrete our na- tional cultural soft power construction as well as meeting the overall cultural demands from the whole so- ciety. Given the generality and grass-root of indigenous archival content besides the primary level of stor- age, the paper insists the exploration mode of indigenous archives should be designed more amiable, di- verse and disseminated than the original professional-rooted way. As for recent indigenous archival career , the exploration which pays attention to different customers and supported by mass-based modern technology would be both practice motivation and theory enthusiasm.
