关于非物质文化遗产档案数字资源库建设的思考

摘　　要：我国非物质文化遗产档案建设存在着分散与集中、多元与统一、无形与有形、投入与产出、官方记忆与民间记忆的矛盾,解决上述矛盾的最有效措施是建立非物质文化遗产档案数字资源库。在明确资源库建设的价值取向和功能定位基础上,从资源收集、资源整理、资源开发和资源传播四大方面进行了策略设计,发挥档案专业化管理和数字技术相融合的优势,解决非物质特性的传承难题。The contradictions still exist between dispersion and concentration, diversity and unity, closeness and sharing, intangibility and tangibility, input and output, the official memory and folk memory in the construction of Chinese intangible cultural heritage archives. The most effective measure to solve these contradictions is to build digital repository of the intangible cultural heritage archives. Firstly the ori- entation of value and function should be clearly put forward, and then strategies should be designed from four aspects such as collection, arrangement, development and dissemination. The integration advantages of professional archives management and digital technology will overcome the heritage difficulties of intangible characteristics.
