摘 要:采用OM、SEM及EDS研究了均匀化处理对铸态GH4738合金的晶粒尺寸、偏析程度、组织及热变形行为的影响,分析了经热压缩变形实验后合金的偏析程度、晶粒尺寸,以及再结晶程度,并绘制应力应变曲线,考察合金的变形抗力。结果表明,均匀化处理过程中,样品晶粒直径增大,偏析程度减小。部分均匀化处理后的样品,再结晶程度较高,变形抗力较小。建议采取部分均匀化处理的方式,保留少量的枝晶组织在样品中,这样既可节约能源,又可提高开坯的再结晶率。Effect of homogenization treatment on grain size,segregation degree,microstructure and hot deformation behavior of cast GH4738 alloy was studied by means of OM,SEM and EDS. The degree of segregation,grain size and recrystallization of the alloy after hot compression deformation experiments were analyzed. The stress-strain curves were drawn,and the deformation resistance of the alloy was investigated. The results show that the grain size of the samples increases and the segregation degree decreases during the homogenization treatment. After partial homogenization treatment,the recrystallization degree is higher,and the deformation resistance is less. It is suggested that a small amount of dendrite structure in the sample should be preserved by partial homogenization,which can save energy and improve the recrystallization rate.
